Return Policy 📸

We have a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ✨

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the situation and help make it right for you. 🧰

 


 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 🚫

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Items for sale including (POV Glasses, Charger, Case, Microfiber Towel) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

 

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to send back the item you have. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you prefer. 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 🇪🇺

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, in its original packaging — and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase. 


Return Completion & Processing 

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you to confirm that everything has been fully processed. Processing times may vary depending on your original payment provider.
